Outpost Club, the property manager at 662 Madison Street, has been neglecting outstanding repairs, threatening rent hikes, and harassing tenants. The 662 Madison TA is fighting back!!
Tenants and organizers from BED suspect that the building was illegally destabilized and Outpost has failed to prove otherwise. On Wednesday, March 1, tenants in the building began a rent strike and sent their demands to management.
We will not accept illegal rent hikes! We will not be subjected to living conditions that violate the warranty of habitability! We will not let our neighbors be harassed!
